Lars Schmidt
Since 1996 lives and works in New York City.
studies and collaborations with Susan Batson (as assistant and as translator at international acting workshops).
Since 1998 work as an actor for film, tv and theater in Germany and the US.
Since 2000 acting instructor at Black Nexxus Inc. /Susan Batson Acting School in New York City. He also studied acting with teachers like Elisabeth Kemp and Marcia Haufrecht – both are, like Susan Batson, members of the Actors Studio, as well as very respected actors and acting teachers.
While in New York he continued his studies of dance and singing, as well as his work as photographer and photographers assistant. First drawings and work as musician / singer / songwriter and filmmaker. Regular engagement in afro-cuban music and percussion. 2001 move to Berlin. Work as director, musician, actor and acting instructor.
2003-2006 stay in Italy and France, where he lives and works on organic farms.
2006 creation of the ‚Art, Ecology & Education’ - concept
Since 2006 lives in Hamburg and Berlin. He coaches and teaches, works in various artistic fields and studies permaculture.
